1- The biennial can be attended with a maximum of 2 art-works.

2- Participation in the biennial is free of charge and the participants do not have to pay any fees for the exhibition.

3- The art-work to be featured in the biennial must be original. Its size, material and technique are not limited.

4- The art-work or art-works to be sent to the biennial must not have been exhibited before and have not been published in digital media.

5- The photograph of the artist and art-work to be featured in the biennial must be in 300 DPI resolution, JPEG format and maximum 6MB size. Art-works, not submitted in this format will not be accepted.

6- There must be works that have not been exhibited before in the Biennial. It is open to all disciplines.

7- A certificate will be given to all participants at the end of the exhibition.

8- Those who submit an art-work online to the Biennial are deemed to have declared and committed that the work belongs to them.

9- The deadline for applications to participate in the biennial is March 10, 2021.

10- Artists who want to participate in the biennial with their works must fill in the visuals of their works and the information in the attached table and send them to https://forms.gle/2oychVQgJNt4S7Eb7 until March 10, 2021.

11- After the selection is made by the jury, the announcement will be made to the artists via e-mail on March 22, 2021 at the latest.

12- The decisions of the organizing board are valid in matters not specified in the specification or in case of doubt.

13- The organizing committee reserves the right to change the terms of participation.

14- All art-works accepted to be exhibited within the framework of this event, provided that the name of the owner of the work is used by the organization during and after the event; I agree to the organization and use of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Faculty of Architecture and Design in the 1st International Visual Arts Biennial for the necessary rights in dissemination, representation, communication to the public, utilization, visual use, posters, catalogs, etc.
